"I recently had a new black metal roof installed on my house By Guardian impact Windows and Roofing. The roof came out better than I could have imagined. It’s beautiful! Paulica was my account manager who handled my questions and calls. She was prompt about calling me back and resolved any issues that I might have, calling the installers if necessary. I found Paulica friendly and easy to work with. Jacob headed up the roof removal team and also did a great job making sure everything proceeded as planned. There were unexpected issues with the area underneath the shingles but Jacob and his installers took care of the problem beautifully. Cesar was In charge of the roof installation. Because of the condition of some of the wood on my house, the installation was definitely a challenge but Caesar and his crew handled it and did an excellent job. The people on both crews, roof removal and installation were fantastic! They were such hard workers, very polite and friendly. They would be up on the roof in 90 to 100° weather working and singing! Amazing workers. I think Guardian went above and beyond on my roof and the price was very reasonable! I would recommend them!"
